Our Mission

With all the competition out there, we have always maintained our quality and our motto still holds true:

'We put our heart into your art'

Company Profile

I started tattooing the night of my 30th birthday...just over 12 years ago. It was the oddest thing. I finally got up the courage to get a tattoo (total needle phobia here! Lol). I had never, and I do mean never, been inside a tattoo establishment. When I walked in, I was amazed at the detailed, brightly coloured and extensive collection of artwork...ALL OVER THE WALLS!

What I was seeing is called flash, an aptly named so. It caught my attention, and my desire. I wanted so many of the images I saw on the walls. I could hardly contain my nervousness and anxiety. I wanted a tattoo soooo badly that evening!

After exchanging some of my artwork to the artist, he agreed to give me my first tattoo.  I have spent countless hours, days, weeks and years continuously refining my God given abilities, after all a tattoo is forever...NO room for errors.  I didn't know it then, but the journey I was about to take would be one of the ‘wildest rides’ I would ever take.

A couple of years later I was working in a shop that required an additional body piercer. The thought of actually performing piercings myself made me light-headed (remember, needle phobia here). I didn't give up though. I tried various ways to get past the thought of hurting someone, until one day, I realized the most important thing I could ever have...they PAID me to do this to them! I found if I stopped thinking of the discomfort I was going to be causing, and focused on the steps, the process of it all, I could get through the procedures with-out so much as blink. Nine years later, I perform some very complex tasks with amazing results.

I started “The Scorpions’ Burrow” in Leamington, Ontario 12+ years ago. It was followed by a couple of years at “Metal ‘n’ Ink” in Chatham, Ontario. “Bleeding ‘Arts Tattoo Studio” was born in Huntsville, Ontario. I have always considered my self a mushy person...a ’bleeding heart’. I decided to play on the words and drop the “'he'” to reflect my new career choice, and “Bleeding ’Arts Tattoo Studio” has been my life's love ever since. I spent 2 years with “Hardcore Tattoo” in Chatham, London, St. Thomas, and Woodstock then re-opened “Bleeding ‘Arts” in 2007 in Sarnia

 And Now...

Welcome to the ‘re-birth’ of Bleeding ‘Arts Tattoo Studios. Its been a long and difficult road returning to the scene, but we are here, willing to do what it takes to make your body art experience a pleasurable and memorable experience.

Now, time to decide what you want to do. You have had an idea in your head about what you want to get but aren’t really sure if you can live with it for the rest of your natural life.

Tattoo decisions can be like that. Its best not to just wander into it lightly. Shop around. Make Bleeding ‘Arts one of your stops. I can give you insight into that tough decision. Look at the artists work, look at their shop, look at them. If you get attitude, walk away. If you have doubts...walk away. Obviously your head is telling you it isn’t the right place, artist, or attitude.

I keep a collection of artwork, like most artists do, in a binder. Some of us have websites, Face Book sites, and so on. I have a group on Face Book, www.facebook.com/groups/bleeding.arts/. Come and join it and see what others have to say about my work. See what's new in my life, have a look at pictures others have posted as well as the albums I have posted.
